Refund / Return Policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you placed an order for service or receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we do NOT offer a refund.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON ANY TVR SERVICES THAT WE OFFER SUCH AS WINDOW RESTORATION SERVICE AND/OR ANY OTHER SERVICES WE OFFER. AFTER 30 DAYS! ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
ALSO, JUST LIKE THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ONCE THE SERVICE WORK HAS BEEN STARTED.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO LET US KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON, IF ARE SENDING IN AN ITEM AND/OR ITEMS TO UTILIZE OUR SERVICE ... IT IS ALSO YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY ATTENTION TO WEBSITE NEWS, GO LIVES, FACEBOOK POSTS, AND OTHER WAYS WE ALERT YOU. IT IS NOT OUR FAULT IF YOU FAIL TO SEND IN YOUR PRODUCT TO BE SERVICED AND IS NOT OUR FAULT IF YOU DONT KEEP UP ON WHAT'S GOING ON WITH TEAM VISIONZ RACING AKA TVR.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEND BACK ITEMS SENT IN FOR SERVICE IF YOU ARE RUDE, VULGAR, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND ANY OTHER FORM OF INTENTIONS TO INSULT, DO HARM, SLANDER, THREATS ETC...ETC... THIS WILL CONCLUDE SERVICES AND RENDERED SATISFACTORY WITH NO REFUND. ON WHICH YOUR ITEM AND OR ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED UNFINISHED.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE AGREEMENT OF SENDING IN THE ITEM AND OR ITEMS YOU WISH TO HAVE SERVICED. THOUGH WE DO NOT HAVE A "OFFICIAL" SET TIME FRAME ON SENDING ITEM OR ITEMS IN. WE STILL EXPECT THEM PER THE AGREEMENTS AND POLICIES YOU AGREE TO DURING CHECKOUT. IF THERE IS FAILURE TO SEND IN THE REQUIREMENTS, THIS FORFEITS MONEY PAID FOR SERVICES AND RENDERS SERVICE AS SATISFIED.
WE ALSO HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE REFUNDS AND OR ISSUE REFUNDS AT OUR DISCRETION.
To Meet Refund requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund for the 30-day policy:
*Product is defective
*The product must be unopened
*The product must be in original packaging
*The product must be unused
*The product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
The refund process can take up to 60 days to receive the refund back. It depends on a lot of factors that you or I may not have control over, paperwork, etc, etc. We apologize for any inconveniences.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, or if it's past the 30 days, we will not issue a refund but may provide you with a store credit instead at OUR OWN discretion.
Sale and clearance items
Only regular priced items and or services may be returned within 30 days, unfortunately, sale or clearance items do not qualify and are NOT valid for being returned or refunded.
In order to return an order, you must use our online return RMA form ( which can be found at bottom of website IF you are logged in). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Form filled out.
All refunds will be subject to a 25% restocking/refund fee.

Returns can be mailed to 318 N Lincoln St. Belle Plaine, Kansas 67013. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we reserve the right to reject a refund.
